Rental Package & Pricing

• Rental price: $300 plus tax
• Includes: White bounce house with slide, decorative rug + basket for shoes, full setup and takedown, free delivery within 25 miles of Fitchburg, WI

Booking & Payment

• A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking and is applied toward your total.
• The remaining balance is due 3 days before your event.
• If final payment is not received, we will not deliver or set up, and your deposit will be forfeited.
• Booking is not complete until you've signed our waiver and acknowledged our rental policies.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 7 days before your event: Full refund
• Less than 7 days before your event: Deposit is forfeited
• Within 2 days of your event: No refund
• Weather cancellations (by Bouncetique): Full refund or free reschedule
• Once the bounce house is delivered and set up, no refunds will be issued

Setup & Requirements

• Setup occurs the morning of your event (9 AM – 4 PM), based on your start time
• Pickup is same-day after your event ends
• Late pickup after 9 PM: Additional $75
• Requires: 1 standard power outlet within 50 ft, level surface (grass, turf, or concrete only)
• Indoor setups welcome with 15' x 15' space and 11' ceiling height

Safety & Usage Rules

• Adult supervision is required at all times while the bounce house is in use.
• No shoes, food, drinks, face paint, water play, glitter, confetti, or pets
• No sharp objects inside the bounce house
• Weight limit: 650 lbs (6–8 kids, ages 13 and under)
• A $75 cleaning fee may apply if rules are not followed

Liability

• Customers are responsible for any damage to the bounce house during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear.
• Bouncetique is not responsible for injuries or accidents that occur due to misuse or lack of supervision.
• Instructions for safe use will be provided at delivery.
• All renters must sign our liability waiver before rental confirmation.
