Terms of Service

Booking & Payment

• A $50 down payment is required to secure your booking.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled date of service, the $50 down payment will not be refunded.
• The remaining balance is due before or at the time of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund, minus the $50 down payment.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service date will forfeit the $50 down payment.

Safety & Supervision

• Adult supervision is required at all times while the bounce house is in use.
• Bouncetique is not responsible for injuries or accidents that occur due to misuse or lack of supervision.
• Instructions for safe use will be provided at delivery.

Liability

• Customers are responsible for any damage to the bounce house during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear.
• Bouncetique is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use or failure to follow safety instructions.
