Setup Requirements:
- • 1 standard power outlet within 50 ft
- • Level surface: grass, turf, or concrete only
- • Indoor setups welcome with 15' x 15' space and 11' ceiling height
Delivery & Timing:
- • Setup: Morning of event (9 AM – 12 PM)
- • Pickup: Same-day after event
- • Late pickup after 9 PM: Additional $75
- • Confirmation text sent day before
Payment Terms:
- • $100 deposit required to reserve (applied to total)
- • Remaining balance due 3 days before event
- • No setup without full payment
Important Rules:
To keep your bounce house safe, clean, and joyful:
- No shoes, food, drinks, face paint, water play, glitter, confetti, or pets
- No sharp objects inside
- Adult supervision required at all times
Cancellation Policy:
- More than 7 days: Full refund
- Less than 7 days: Deposit forfeited
- Within 2 days: No refund
- Weather cancellations: Full refund or free reschedule
